City Hall Access Limited to Appointment Only. Community Center Closed. Board & Commission Meetings Postponed. 

In an effort to protect the public and City employees, city hall is accessible by appointment only during regular business hours. Board & Commission Meetings and Municipal Court have been postponed until further notice. Kirkwood Electric & Kirkwood Water will not be doing shut-offs, and late fees for utility payments will be waived. The Community Center (including the ice rink) and Kirkwood Train Station are closed until further notice. Amtrak service has not been suspended.

The Procurement Department coordinates the needs of departments for supplies, services, and equipment. Procurement staff warehouse stock to supply the electric and water utilities, as well as items commonly used by all City departments. This department supervises the competitive bidding process, helps prepare bid specifications, and authorizes or recommends all procurements.
