Building Permits and Licensing Information

• Permits are issued and inspections are required for all new construction,  and the remodeling and repair of existing structures in the City of Kirkwood to insure compliance with the appropriate codes.
• All Contractors must be licensed with the City. 
• Some Permits require a Licensed Contractor.   
• The Building Division can tell you if a business has a current Contractor Business License with the City.
