The City of Kirkwood has selected Hyper-Reach, a cutting-edge mass notification system, to enhance public safety across the community. This state-of-the art system rapidly delivers alerts about hazardous situations via telephone calls, texts, emails, and TTY/TDD service for the hearing impaired. The City utilizes this service for power outages, water line and emergency main repairs, tree maintenance, and other non-emergency but important notifications, in addition to weather alerts, environmental hazards, and other public safety notifications. Join our voluntary notification system by opting in and registering at Hyper-Reach to receive important community alerts. While landline phones are automatically enrolled for Community alerts, Weather alerts are only sent to landlines when people sign up. Residents and workers in Kirkwood are urged to enroll. You can also enroll via text by sending Alert to 314-202-6633 or calling the same number. Stay informed and connected with our community through this easy registration process.
