The P&Z Commission is made up of nine volunteer residents appointed by the Mayor and City Council for four-year terms. The Commission is responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and making recommendations on zoning matters to the City Council for the following application types:
- Commercial Site Plan Reviews
- Rezonings
- Special Use Permits
- Subdivision of Property
- Community Unit Plans
- Zoning Code Amendments
