The City Council will hold a Special Joint City Council & Water Sub-Committee Work Session on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center, Event Space, 210 E. Monroe Avenue, Kirkwood, MO 63122 a meeting with Curt Gateley of the Missouri Public Service Commission for the purpose of receiving an explanation of the Missouri Public Service Commission’s role, including its authority, responsibilities, and jurisdiction as they relate to water utilities.
