City Council meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month at 7:00 p.m., at Kirkwood City Hall, 139 S. Kirkwood Road. Work sessions are typically held at 5:30 p.m., immediately preceding the full legislative meeting at 7:00 p.m. Work sessions are also held at 4:30 p.m. on the 2nd Thursday of the month, at City Hall.
