To accommodate customers’ work schedules, the city offers several options for arranging inside water meter readings.  City ordinance requires that inside water meters be read by city meter reading personnel once each year.  Here are your options:

1)                  Early morning appointments (7-8 a.m. Monday-Thursday) are available by calling Customer Service at (314) 822-5843.

2)                  Saturday appointments can be scheduled by calling the Kirkwood Water Department at (314) 984-5936.

3)                  Residents who would like to have a remote reading device installed, which would eliminate the need for having the inside meter read, may call the Kirkwood Water Department at (314) 984-5936 to schedule its installation.
