The Kirkwood Recreation Department is committed to providing a variety of leisure experiences to all citizens of Kirkwood, as well as residents of surrounding communities. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life through the programs we offer, the events we host and the facilities we provide. We will strive to provide the highest level of service possible to meet the needs of each individual.

We will endeavor to effectively and efficiently utilize those resources granted us by expending fiscal resources wisely, maximizing use of human resources, and being wise stewards of the land

PROMOTE CONSTRUCTIVE, INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATIONS

We will strive to promote constructive, interactive communications between citizens, users,  partners, and other elected and appointed officials.
