The purpose of the Kirkwood Park Board's Quinette Cemetery Committee is to recommend to the Park Board a plan to honor United States veterans in an appropriate manner that is respectful to those veterans as well as all those interred in the park; to investigate methods by which all interred in the park can be honored in a similar, respectful manner, and to determine the future needs of the park.
