    1. Case 08-10 - 425 N Taylor.  Landmark #39 Byars House. Alteration of porch to secure privacy of in-ground pool.  Laurie Smith of Agape Construction.
  1. Old Business
    1. Design Guidelines development for local historic districts: Chmr Meyers to have workflow schedule for style definitions, guidelines with priorities for Jefferson-Argonne & Savoy.
    1. Downtown Kirkwood historic district:  Status report on research and updated survey of historic inventory.
    1. Historic Quinette Cemetery: Announcement about open forum (design charrette) for figuring out what plan will satisfy all stakeholders.

    1. Citizens seeking advice to preserve their historic properties (if any)
    1. Better procedures for application for Certificate of Appropriateness: Chmr Meyers to propose discussion.
    1. Procurement

                    ii.      Brainstorm a wishlist for budget; e.g., conferences, scanner, etc.
