    1. Design Guidelines development for local historic districts

                                                               i.      Jefferson-Argonne

                                                             ii.      Savoy

    1. Downtown Kirkwood historic district:  Outreach to property owners.  Private-public partnership with Great Southern Bank.  Accumulation of in-kind work. 
    1. Development of 4-year plan for historic preservation in Kirkwood

                                                               i.      Objectives organized into subcommittees, each led by a commissioner

    1. Ordinance and regulations: ideas; impact of Architectural Review Board
  1. New Business
    1. Citizens seeking advice to preserve their historic properties (if any)

                                                               i.      Preliminary design review for a district contributor; voluntary and non-binding.  523 East Jefferson.  Addition and alteration to exterior.

    1. Election of officers: Pat Jones, Chair, completes two terms.
    1. Procurement

                                                               i.      Purchases made in the last year (spreadsheet)

                                                             ii.      Savoy Entrance sign – price quotes obtained

    1. Intern: being trained at Landmarks Office and GIS; will help organize reference library
