1. Presentation by Claire Budd, Kirkwood Information Officer, on her duties with the city. Way too much to list here. All agreed she is a very busy lady.

2. Discussion and agreement on proposed work schedule for committee.

a) finalize questions for January utility insert. Copy deadline Dec.15.

b) review Nov. survey responses

a) focus on observing as many meetings as possible & reporting to full comm.

c) establish criteria for evaluating communication concerns and suggested improvements/enhancements

a) review communication concerns and suggested improvements, testing them against criteria

a) continue meetin  observations & reporting

b) compile survey results

a) first draft of communication recommendations

March 21       

a) finalize recommendations

April 4           

a) draft final report

April 18         

a) Review and sign off on final report

Present final report to City Council
