Draft Comments for Report - Bob reviewed draft
language highlighting common themes. He will provide the
information to Dana who has agreed to draft the final report.

board and/or commission meetings. Consideration should be given
to categorizing communication as proactive, reactive, and
interactive.

preparing a list of communication avenues employed by the city.
