The meeting was
called to order and roll called. Board procedure was explained
and minutes from the previous meeting were approved without
change. Cases were then called as follows:
New Business
Case No. 42-2007
Susan Phillips, applicant/owner, of 537 Goethe Avenue, (R-4
Zoning District) constructed a new single-family residence that
does not conform to the front yard setback of the Zoning
Ordinance. Unanimously approved
Case No. 43-2007
Kenneth & Karen Vonderahe, applicant/owner, of 133 E. Essex Ave.
(R-3 Zoning District). wishes to create a parking space that
will not conform to the front yard setback of the Zoning
Ordinance. Unanimously denied
Case No. 44-2007 Core
10 Architecture, applicant, Richard McClure & Sharon
Buchanan-McClure, owner of 145 E. Essex Avenue (R-3 Zoning
District) wishes to attach an existing detached garage to an
existing single-family residence that will not conform to the
rear yard setback of the Zoning Ordinance. Denied with a
vote of 1-4
Case No. 45-2007
Lapides Constructio, applicant, Diane Lazaroff, owner of 401
Delshire Ln. (R-3 Zoning District) wishes to construct a carport
that will not conform to the side yard setback of the Zoning
Ordinance. Unanimously approved
