CITY OF KIRKWOOD

The Board of Adjustment of the City of Kirkwood will hold Public Hearings in the City Hall Council Chambers, 139 S. Kirkwood Road on August 11, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the following:

New Business

Case No. 17-2008  Randall B. Miltenberger., architect; Larry W. Neeb, owner of 1398 W. Adams Ave., (R-1 Zoning District) request a variance for an addition that will not conform to the east side yard setback of the Zoning Ordinance.

Case No. 18-2008    Steve Koon – Lou Fusz Toyota, occupant of 10749 Manchester Rd., (B-3 Zoning District) wishes to request a variance from the planting strip-landscape buffer requirements adjacent to the Residential Zoning District and maintain parking spaces that are located within 10 feet of the street right-of-way. 

Such hearings may be adjourned from time to time until completed.
