The Board of Adjustment of the City of Kirkwood will hold Public Hearings in the City Hall Council Chambers, 139 S. Kirkwood Road on July 14, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the following:

Case No. 16-2008  Jay Sparks of Sparks Design, Inc., applicant; Jill & Kevin Buchanan, owner of 312 N. Fillmore Ave., (R-3 Zoning District) request a variance for a two-story addition that will not conform to the south side yard setback of the Zoning Ordinance.

Such hearings may be adjourned from time to time until completed.
