The meeting was
called to order and roll called. Board procedure was explained
and minutes from the previous meeting were approved without
change. Cases were then called as follows:
New Business
Case No. 09-2008
Chalet Homes Inc., applicant. Michelle Christy Crafts, owner of
1043 Wood Ave., (R-4 Zoning District) wishes to construct a new
single-family residence that will not conform to the Front yard
setback, lot coverage, and floor area ratio of the Zoning
Ordinance. Unanimously Denied
Case No. 10-2008
Amy & Darren Thompson, applicant/owner of 802 Craig Dr., (R-4
Zoning District) wishes to construct a new single-family
residence that will not conform to the Front yard setback of the
Zoning Ordinance. Unanimously Approved
Case No. 11-2008 James & Amie McGraw, applicant/owner of
622 E. Jefferson Ave., (R-3 Zoning District) request a variance
for a parking space that will not conform to the front yard
setback of the Zoning Ordinance. Denied with a vote of 1 - 4
