The meeting was called to order and roll called.  Board procedure was explained and minutes from the previous meeting were approved without change. Cases were then called as follows:

Case No. 08-2008 Donald Anderson, applicant. Jim & Sue Gerker, owner of 536 N. Harrison Ave., (R-3 Zoning District) wishes to construct a new single-family residence that will not conform to the North side yard setback of the Zoning Ordinance. Approved with a vote of 4 - 1
