The meeting was
called to order and roll called. Board procedure was explained
and minutes from the previous meeting were approved without
change. Cases were then called as follows:
New Business
Case No. 03-2007
Chuck and Michelle Huber of 609 Belson Ct. R-4 Zoning District
wishes to construct a wrap around porch that will not conform to
the side yard setback of the Zoning Ordinance. Unanimously
approved
Case No. 04-2007
Mark and Lori Prosperi of 863 Dickson St. R-4 Zoning District
wishes to construct a room addition that will not conform to the
rear yard setback of the Zoning Ordinance. Unanimously
approved
Case No. 05-2007
Benchmark Developers, LLC of 400 Alsobrook St. R-4 Zoning
District wish to construct a new single-family residence that
will not conform to the two front yard setabacks of the Zoning
Ordinance. Unanimously approved
Case No. 06-2007
Benchmark Developers, LLC of 348 Alsobrook St. R-4 Zoning
District wish to construct a new single-family residence that
will not conform to the two front yard setabacks of the Zoning
Ordinance. Unanimously approved
