The meeting was
called to order and roll called. Board procedure was explained
and minutes from the previous meeting were approved without
change. Cases were then called as follows:
New Business
Case No. 04-2008 George Hudson, applicant of 315 W. Madison
Ave., (R-4 Zoning District) request a variance for a parking
space that will not conform to the front yard setback of the
Zoning Ordinance. Unanimously Denied
Case No. 05-2008
Clinton Enyeart, applicant. Jim Canfield, owner of 1930 Rayner
Rd., (R-1 Zoning District) wishes to construct a new
single-family residence that will not conform to the front yard
setback of the Zoning Ordinance. Unanimously Approved
Case No. 06-2008
Steve King, applicant. Rosanne Horan Trustee, owner of 10256
Manchester Rd., (B-3 Zoning District) request a variance for a
reduction in landscape buffer requirements along Woodlawn and
the south property line, and a variance for parking setback
along Woodlawn that will not conform to the Zoning Ordinance.
Unanimously Approved
Case No. 07-2008 Jim
Hoffmann, applicant/owner of 1607 View Woods Dr., (R-1 Zoning
District) wishes to construct a two-car attached garage along
the North property line facing Lindeman Rd. that will not
conform to the front yard setback of the Zoning Ordinance.
Unanimously Approved
