The meeting was called to order and roll called.  Board procedure was explained and minutes from the previous meeting were approved without change. Cases were then called as follows:

Case No. 02-2007 Roy and Nancy Brown of 401 Parkwoods Ave. R-3 Zoning District wishes to construct a garage addition and covered patio that will not conform to the rear and side yard setbacks of the Zoning Ordinance.
