The meeting was
called to order and roll called. Board procedure was explained
and minutes from the previous meeting were approved without
change. Cases were then called as follows:
New Business
Case No. 01-2008 Hayden Homes, applicant. Gunhay, LLC,
owner of 100 Kirkwood Pl., (B-2 Zoning District) request a
variance from the required number of parking spaces of the
Zoning Ordinance. Unanimously Denied
Case No. 02-2008 Jim Studt, applicant. Commerce Bank, N.A.
as Trustee for Earl and Myrtle Walker Trust, owner of 1317 W.
Essex Ave., (R-3 Zoning District) wishes to appeal the decision
that the legal non-conforming use on the structure was
abandoned/discontinued under the provisions of Section A-91(C)
of the Zoning Code. Unanimously Approved
Case No. 03-2008
Robert D. Griffith, applicant. Steve & Melissa Dryer, owner
of 335 W. Woodbine Ave., (R-4 Zoning District) request a
variance from a required front yard on both streets on a through
lot; to allow the north property line to be used as a rear yard
property line. Unanimously Approved
