The meeting was called to order and roll called.  Board procedure was explained and minutes from the previous meeting were approved without change. Cases were then called as follows:

Case No. 01-2007  Chris and Sally Dowling of #2 Hawbrook Ln. R-3 Zoning District wishes to construct an addition that will not conform to the front and side yard setback of the Zoning Ordinance.  Unanimously approved
