Kirkwood Rd. – Frontenac Bank – Elmer Wind, petitioner.
Frontenac Bank, owner. Petitioner wishes to submit building
design plans. B-2 Approved as presented contingent upon ARB
review of developed documents that address the boards concerns
related to plans, true elevations and further contingent upon
review of building materials. Reading of resolution: ordinance
No. 5085 require building permit application be reviewed by the
ARB; Resolution was approved. Motion to approve by Don Hussman;
Seconded by Brad Simmons. Approved 5-0
Case No. 41-07 – 443 S.
Kirkwood Rd. – Vantive Partners – Dale Sign Service,
petitioner. RJC Partnership, owner. Petitioner wishes to install
one (1) wall sign 35” x 225” total 54.69 sq. ft. B-4 Motion
to approved by Don Hussman; Seconded by Brad Simmons. Approved
