petitioner. Petitioner wishes to install (2) wall signs 25.92
x 96 total 17.28 sq. ft.; 36 x 48 total 12 sq. ft. Total
signage 19.28 sq. ft. B-2 Brad Simmons motion to approve 26
x 8 x 1 sign only. Lights to remain consistent with building.

to approved with the following caveats: 1) Color approval of
white letters is granted subject to landlord approval. Landlord
approval letter will be submitted by petitioner for file within
a 24 hour period. 2) Signage Fill the opening between
colors. 3) Font Size governed by lower case letters in
Urgent Care. Font size to be no greater than outlined in the
