Old Business

Case No. 22-07 – 201 N. Kirkwood Rd. – AT&T – Piros Signs,  petitioner. H.E. Roberts Realty, owner.  Petitioner wishes to install two (2) wall signs 24.8” x 105”  total 18.08 sq. ft; 20.1” x 86” total 12 sq. ft.  Total signage 30.08 sq. ft.   B-2  Judith Brauer made a motion to approve as submitted with the exception of removing the “Custom AT&T Authorized Dealer” from the South faηade. Todd Kohlbecker seconded the motion. Passed 4-0

Case No. 23-07 – 441 N. Kirkwood Rd. - Walgreens – Ebert Signs, petitioner. Walgreens, owner.  Petitioner wishes to relocate existing “Pharmacy” wall sign and install one (1) wall sign 16” x 77” total 8.6 sq. ft.  B-2  Todd Kohlbecker made a motion to approve the submission contingent upon modifying the application which had an error in the signage calculation.  Seconded by Judith Brauer.  Passed 4-0

New Business

Case No. 27-07 – 11029 Manchester Rd. – A Better Life Welness Center – S. Daniel Ybarra D.C., petitioner. Dennis Hanlen, owner.  Petitioner wishes to awning and three (3) awning signs 2 - 8” x 161” total 17.8 sq. ft.; one (1) 18” x 18” total 2.3 sq. ft. Total awning signage 20.1 sq. ft. One (1) wall sign 72” x 48” total 24 sq. ft. Total signage 44.1 sq. ft. B-3  Todd Kohlbecker made a motion to approve the submission contingent upon eliminating the telephone number from the wall sign and changing color of the fabric awning from existing blue to green as submitted.  The wall sign will also be green with white letters.  Judith Brauer seconded the motion. Passed 4-0

Case No. 28-07 – 301 N. Kirkwood Rd. –  Frontenac Bank – Elmer Wind, petitioner. Frontenac Bank, owner.  Petitioner wishes to submit building design plans. B-2  Todd Kohlbecker made a motion to continue case.  Judith Brauer seconded.  Approved 4-0
