  Architectural Review Board Minutes

Old Business

Case No. 09-07 – 200 S. Kirkwood Rd. – Mavrik Jewelry -  Mavrik Jewelry, owner/petitioner wishes to submit awning design plans and two (2) awning signs 180” x 36” each. Total 90 sq. ft. Existing sign to be replaced by awning sign.  B-2  Brad Simmons made a motion to reject the submission.  Seconded by Judith Brauer. Motion carried by 4-0.

New Business

Case No. 18-07 – 11039 Manchester Rd. – Blue House Boutique – Specialty Awning & Canvas Product, petitioner. Dennis & Donna Hanlen, owner.  Petitioner wishes to submit awnings plans and two (2) awning signs 14” x 14” total 1.4 sq. ft; 14” x 43” total 4.2 sq. ft.  Total signage 5.6 sq. ft.   B-3  Don Hussman made a motion to approve as submitted.  Seconded by Brad Simmons - approved 4-0.

Case No. 19-07 – 440 S. Clay Ave. – The Deck & Fence Store, petitioner. Efthim Company Realtors, owner.  Petitioner wishes to submit plans to replace decks and fences on townhomes.  R-5 Brad Simmons made a motion to approve deck plans as submitted, as well as fencing on Clay Avenue contingent upon the Board of Adjustments approval.  Motion was seconded by Judith Brauer and approved 4-0.
