Case No. 09-07 – 200 S. Kirkwood Rd. – Mavrik Jewelry -  Mavrik Jewelry, owner/petitioner wishes to submit awning design plans and two (2) awning signs 180” x 36” each. Total 90 sq. ft. Existing sign to be replaced by awning sign.  B-2 Continued – No representation

Case No. 14-07 – 11111 Manchester Rd. – Hardees – Allen Industries, Inc., petitioner. Hardee’s Food Systems, owner.  Petitioner wishes to reface existing one (1) double-sided ground sign 45” x 111”  total 69.4”; One (1) double-sided directional sign 18” x 37.2” total 9.2 sq. ft.;.  Four (4) wall signs:  145.5” x 59” total 59.6 sq. ft. each.
