Old Business

Case No. 09-07 – 200 S. Kirkwood Rd. – Mavrik Jewelry -  Mavrik Jewelry, owner/petitioner wishes to submit awning design plans and two (2) awning signs 180” x 36” each. Total 90 sq. ft. Existing sign to be replaced by awning sign.  B-2 Continued to June 18, 2007 meeting. 

Case No. 10-07 – 1028 S. Kirkwood Rd. Kirkwood Surgery Center– A-1 Sign, petitioner. Francis & Kathleen O’Donnell, owner.  Petitioner wishes to install three (3) wall signs 12” x 216” each. Total 54 sq. ft. B-5  Approved as submitted

City Fire House #1 – 137 W. Argonne Dr. – City of Kirkwood Fire Department wishes to submit awning plans and awning sign 10” x 10” total .69 sq. ft.  B-2  Approved as submitted

Landmarks Commission:

Historic Districts – Landmarks Commission – City Staff Liaison Alan Lamberg, Chairperson Pat Jones, Vice-Chair Steve Emer.  Entrance signs for Historic Districts.  Approved as submitted

Case No. 12-07 – 11136 Manchester Rd. – Allstate – General Sign Co., petitioner. Lou Monning, owner.  Petitioner wishes to re-face double-sided pole sign 42” x 60” total 35 sq. ft. B-3  Approved as submitted

Case No. 13-07 – 401 N. Kirkwood Rd. – Kirkwood Service Center – Dave Waters, petitioner. Waters Auto Centers, Inc., owner.  Petitioner wishes to re-face and reduce size of existing double-sided ground sign 48” x 96” total 64 sq. ft.  Petitioner also wishes to change color of canopy trim. B-2  Approved as submitted

Case No. 14-07 – 11111 Manchester Rd. – Hardees – Allen Industries, Inc., petitioner. Hardee’s Food Systems, owner.  Petitioner wishes to install one (1) double-sided ground sign 45” x 111”  total 69.4”; One (1) double-sided directional sign 18” x 37.2” total 9.2 sq. ft.;.  Four (4) wall signs:  145.5” x 59” total 59.6 sq. ft. each. Total wall signage 96.5 sq. ft.; One (1) double-sided ground sign 138” x 60” total 115 sq. ft. Total signage 211.5 sq. ft.
