Minutes of April 21, 2008 – Approved as submitted.

Old Business

Case No. 08-08 420 S. Kirkwood Rd. – Bethesda Senior Living – Brian Erfman, petitioner. Bethesda Senior Living, owner. Petitioner wishes to submit plans for the placement of a generator for final review. R-6 Judith Brauer made motion to approve as submitted; Donald Hussman seconded motion. Approved 5-0

Case No.  17-08 1263 S. Kirkwood Rd. – Kirkwood Crossing Retail Outbuilding – Kevin Harms, petitioner.  Kimco Realty, owner.  Petitioner wishes to submit building design plans.  Continued from April 21st meeting. B-5 Donald Hussman made motion to continue; Brad Simmons seconded motion.  Approved to continue 5-0

Case No.  18-08  105 W. Jefferson Ave – La Dee Da – Lisa Nelson, petitioner.  Jim Roberts Realty, owner.  Petitioner wishes to install three (3) signs:  1 awning sign 6” x 24” total 1 sq. ft., 1 wall sign 12” x 36” total 3 sq. ft. and 1 door window sign 12” x 20” total 1.66 sq. ft.  Total signage 5.66 sq. ft.  Continued from April 21st meeting. Case No. 20-08 200 S. Kirkwood Rd. #120 – Lace Photography/Sisters Flowers & Gifts – Bob Williams, petitioner. Geneva Management Services, owner. Petitioner wishes to install one (1) wall sign 30” x 96” total 20 sq. ft.  B-2  Brad Simmons made motion to deny; Donald Hussman seconded motion.  Denied 5-0
