Case No. 07-07 – 110 S. Kirkwood Rd. – Bar Louie's -  Lawrence Fabric Structures, petitioner. Restaurants America, owner.  Petitioner wishes to install six (6) awning signs: 293.2” x 7” total 14.3 sq. ft.; 70.68” x 7” total 3.4sq. ft.; 43.6” x 33” total 9.99 sq. ft.; 79.34” x 12” total 6.6 sq. ft.; 84.9” x 7” total 4.1 sq. ft.; 70.68” x 7” total 3.4 sq. ft. Total signage 41.79  B2 Tabled from March 19^th meeting.  Brad Simmons made a motion to approve with the following modifications:  The west elevation will remain unchanged but the north elevation will eliminate all signage as submitted and substitute the Bar Louie and logo to be centered on the masonry spandrel panel.  Don Hussman seconded the motion.  Motion passed 5-0
