New Business

Architectural Review Board:

Case No. 02-07 – 157-159 W. Argonne Dr. – Mambo Development, LLC -  Mambo Development, owner/petitioner wishes to submit building design plans. B-2  Tabled  until a later date.

Landmarks Commission:

157-159 W. Argonne Dr. – Mambo Development, LLC. – Renovations (interior, exterior and site) for restaurant. Tabled  until a later date.

Old Business

Case No. 60-06 – 333 S. Kirkwood Rd. – Nova Group -  Nova Group., petitioner. Novus Company, owner.  Petitioner wishes to submit plans for a new ATM and exterior building renovations.  B-2  Todd Kohlbecker made a motion to approve the submission.  Carol Gossett seconded the motion. Approved 4-0
