Minutes of December 18, 2006 approved as submitted. Brad Simmons made a motion to approve as submitted. Todd Kohlbecker seconded the motion. Motion passed 4-0.

Old Business

Case No. 59-06 – 611 N. Geyer Rd. – Gilmartin-Bauer Associates – Gilmartin-Bauer Associates petitioner/owner.  Petitioner/owner wishes to submit building design plans. R-5  Todd Kohlbecker made motion to approved; Carol Gossett seconded.  Motion passed 4-0.

Case No. 60-06 – 333 S. Kirkwood Rd. – Nova Group -  Nova Group., petitioner. Novus Company, owner.  Petitioner wishes to submit plans for a new ATM and exterior building renovations.  B-2 This case was not added to the agenda do to the misunderstanding that additional information was to be submitted to the Building Commissioner’s Office.  Petitioner attended meeting with the information and asked that case be added to next ARB meeting, January 22^nd.  National City has provided letter, January 5, 2007, that agrees to repaint all existing signage with questionable color.

New Business

Case No. 01-07 – 1313 W. Essex Ave. – The Key Company -  Specialty Awning & Canvas Prod. Inc., Shirley Ohlsen, owner.  Petitioner wishes to install two (2) awning signs 6” x 72” each. Total awning signage 6 sq. ft. R-3  5  Todd Kohlbecker made motion to approved; Carol Gossett seconded.  Motion passed 4-0.
