3, 2007 – Remove Todd Kohlbecker as being present. Case #44-07
– Steel Magnolias – 110 N. Kirkwood Rd. – Add “New” as noted on
minutes.
New Business
Case No.
01-08 301 N. Kirkwood Rd. – Frontenac Bank – Elmer Wind,
petitioner. Frontenac Bank, owner. Petitioner wishes to submit
building design plans. B-2 Brad Simmons made motion to
approve with provisions: Owner/Architect asked to modify north
entrance of building in an effort to “lighten” the size of
entrance. Judith Brauer seconded motion. Approved 4-0
