This department handles the billing and collection of utility payments which include water, sanitation, and Kirkwood Electric. Located on the main level of Kirkwood City Hall, the Finance Department is where you can go to buy yard waste bags, trash bags, and city street maps; pay for traffic tickets obtained within the Kirkwood city limits; and to pay your utility bill in person.

Residents receive one utility bill each month.
