City Clerk Betty Montano:
The City Clerk is appointed by the Mayor and City Council. The City Clerk prepares the agenda for City Council meetings and maintains records for the council. In addition, the City Clerk provides tours of City Hall and Council Role Plays for area student groups upon request. One of the most important functions of the City Clerk is to serve as a direct contact with residents wishing to express concerns about city services or issues.
