Citizens can use the Neighborhood Caretaker Alert (NCA) form to anonymously notify the City of issues or concerns.  The NCA form is available in paper form only at City Hall, 139 S. Kirkwood Road; at the Kirkwood Community Center, 111 S. Geyer Road; at the Kirkwood Public Library, 140 E. Jefferson Avenue; and at ALL THREE Fire Houses (137 W. Argonne, 11804 Big Bend, and 1321 W. All Aboard: the City Blog

The City of Kirkwood is BLOGGING!  Join us in the conversation at ALL ABOARD, the City's new blog.  Read cool stuff, and leave a comment or a question!

What's a blog?  Well, it's short for Web Log or Weblog (with the first two letters deleted), which means it's a log or diary about what's going on in the City.  It's less formal in its approach and style, but more interactive!  That means we hope you'll get involved by sending a comment on something you've read on the blog, or by posing a question.

Kirkwood Konnect

The City has a NEW Mobile Application for all your customer service needs.  You can use it on your smart phone, on your tablet, AND on your computer (see below).  How? It's simple. In your phone or tablet's App Store, just look for Kirkwood Konnect, and download it onto your device.  It's FREE and easy to use. 

What Can You Do with KirkwoodKonnect? To name just a few...
  • Report a pothole, dead animal in the roadway, or other street issue.
  • Report a street light out or a traffic light that's not working
  • Tell us when we missed your sanitation pick-up
  • Tell us when there's an odor or taste problem with your water
  • Ask us to investigate a dead tree
  • Report tall grass or trash or debris in the yard of an unoccupied home
  • And MORE!

Filing your own report is easy!  You can either enter an address in the box below or simply point to a spot on the map and hit "next step." Once you've entered the location, you can select what type of report you're sending and optionally add a description or upload an image.
