Full-Service Community: If you live or work in Kirkwood, you probably already know that the City is a full-service municipality. We own and operate our own electric and water utilities and provide our own sanitation services. You may not know that Kirkwood is the only local municipality with its own electric department and that the City is a member of the Missouri Public Utility Alliance. And you may not know that Kirkwood has a long and interesting history in the public utility business. Always on the cutting edge, Kirkwood utilities now also offer you online billing and account management.
Greentree Festival: Kirkwood’s signature event, held annually in September, celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. Join us on September 17 – 18 – 19, for music, food, and kids’ activities.
