2-1-1 is a fast, free and confidential way to get help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

It's available in the state of Missouri and to Illinois residents of St. Clair, Clinton, Randolph, Monroe, Madison, Jersey, Greene, Calhoun or Macoupin counties.   Three-digit dialing is available from all landlines in these areas, as well as some cell phones. You can also reach the 2-1-1 call center at 800-427-4626.

  Community Development Block Grants
CDBG grants are available for Kirkwood residents
in need financial assistance with home
improvements. The grants, of up to $5,000 in
home repairs, are available to low-income and
moderate-income residents, for repairs such
as tuckpointing, roofing, tree trimming,
fencing, and more. To qualify, the individual
must own and live in his/her own home.
