NEW! Circuit Training    Activity #6016
Powered by GYMGUYZ. Challenge your cardio and strength systems in this high energy, total body conditioning class. Circuit training is a total body challenge that is designed to combine resistance training and aerobics that will target strength building and improve agility and muscular conditioning thru various stations. All fitness levels welcome. Class meets Thursdays 6-7 p.m.

Powered by GYMGUYZ. Moms, get a great workout while enjoying time with your children. We will incorporate fun, body conditioning exercise that will captivate your child’s attention while you get a great workout! Geared for kids newborn through preschool.

Yoga Activity #6018
Are you ready to become steady on your feet and move with ease from pose to pose? This class progresses the beginner yoga student to new poses and to link breath with movement. Students at this level should bring their own mat and confidently be able to move from standing to seated and back up again without pain.

 Boot Camp Activity #6011
A 6-week course modeled on the military’s boot camp, but with instructors that encourage--not humiliate. This class is intense but geared toward all fitness levels, from couch potato to tri-athlete! Participants can expect to rapidly slim down, tone up, and build their cardiovascular endurance. The end of the program is marked with a celebration for those who have stuck it out.

Zumba                                          Activity #6012

Tai Chi Activity #6013
Tai Chi is a form of martial arts that boosts the body's self-healing power. Slow and smooth movements strengthen the body, increase energy, and improve balance to prevent falls.
