Approved New Guidelines for Architectural Review Effective Now

 

New architectural guidelines, passed by the City Council, became effective August 1, 2011.  The City's Architectural Review Board will begin to review building plans for all new single-family residences, additions, and accessory structures. This is a change from the past, when only signs, multi-family buildings, and certain commercial projects were subject to review. ARB will offer design suggestions to help residents and builders comply with City guidelines.  The Guidelines and required forms are provided on this Website.  The new ARB guidelines will be administered through Tony Carvalho, the City's building commissioner. Violations Bureau Schedule of Fines

Pursuant to the Revised Missouri Statute 470.050, Rule 37.49 of the Supreme Court Rules the State of Missouri and Local Court Rule 69.6 the Municipal Judge hereby orders that the following designated offenses shall be payable to the City of Kirkwood Violations Bureau. The schedule is subject to change by court order.

All High School Students must appear in court with a parent or guardian.

NOTE: If you were involved in an accident and received a citation, you must appear in court.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PAY BY MAIL:
1. Make check or money order payable to the City of Kirkwood. Do not send cash.
2. Sign the back of the citation and enclose with the fine amount in this envelope.
