Camp Kirkwood Kids                            Ages 3-5
Little campers are sure to have a great summer! Campers will get the chance to play games, make crafts, and make friendships. Must be 3 years old by June 1, 2012 to enroll and must be potty trained. Camp meets twice weekly OR Mon.-Thu. Campers divide time in the room, in the gym, and outside, weather permitting.  All campers receive a camp drawstring bag. No Camp 7/4.

Camp Kirkwood                         Ages 6-11
Take a hike this summer! Campers will play games, make crafts, build friendships and enjoy field trips around the St. Louis area. (Two field trips per session.) Campers will swim twice per week. Space is limited, so sign up today! Campers must have completed Kindergarten to attend.  No Camp 7/4.

Camp Sunrise and Camp Sunset          Ages 6-11
Early risers get camp started early! Night owls, can hang out late! Sunrisers can be dropped off anytime between 7:30 a.m.-10 a.m. and will be walked to their full day camp at the appropriate time.  Sunset campers can be picked up anytime between 3-5:30 p.m. This time is unstructured but supervised with lots of games, crafts and activities available.  Small snack provided in Camp Sunset. Cost covers Sunrise OR Sunset. One week sessions. No Camp 7/4.

Kirkwood Glitter & Glue Camp           Ages 6-11
Artistic campers will be hard at work this week! We’ll be working on Craft projects all week! Camp will end with a field trip to the St. Louis Art Museum. Campers will swim Tuesday and Thursday. Campers bring a sack lunch daily and towel/swimsuit on swim days. Everyone receives a camp t-shirt.

Kirkwood Olympic Games Camp          Ages 6-11
2012 is host to the Summer Games! Campers will be in the know of the summer games! From watching athletes to trying out some games to the Great Medal Count, it’s sure to have you cheering
“U-S-A!” Camp starts with the opening ceremony watching and pizza on Fri.  Aug. 7/27 6:30-10 p.m.

Counselor In Training Program             Ages 13-15
If you are interested in becoming a camp counselor when you get older, check out our volunteer Counselor In Training (CIT) program. CIT’s are paired with a counselor for the summer and are involved in planning, implementing and supervising activities. You must be at least 13 by June 1 to volunteer at Camp Kirkwood Kids and at least 14 by June 1 to volunteer for Camp Kirkwood. To apply, pick up an application at the community center and submit by April 15 to be considered.

Kirkwood Teen Camp (KTC)                         Ages 11-15
Are you an active teen looking for a fun way to spend your summer? Check out the themes below. Each session includes 3 field trips, a special event, ice skating during some sessions and swimming three times a week.  Campers must be 12 years old or have completed 6th grade.  Max of 30 campers, so sign up today! Sports: This session includes trips to bowl, Nascar Speedpark and to play Demolition Ball. Up and Away: This session will reach higher and higher. Includes a trip to Upper Limits Climbing wall, a movie at the Science Center Omnimax and Skyzone!  Splish Splash: Campers will be getting wet in this session! Trips include Aqua Port in Maryland Heights, The Pointe at Ballwin Commons and Splash City Water Park. No camp 7/4. Wild and Crazy: We’ll be doing all kinds of fun stuff this
session!  We’ll be playing Laser Tag, going to City Museum and more!

Kirkwood Park, Lion’s Pavilion

Kirkwoodettes Camp             Ages 6-12
You say “Kirk” we say “Wood”! Join the Kirkwood High School Cheerleading Coaches in this week long camp to learn all the aspects of being a cheerleader! Show your spirit in a final performance for friends and family. Campers must bring a sack lunch daily.

Magic Camp: Levitations and Animations!         Ages 6-12
Levitate a person! Cause a dollar to fold 3 times by itself! Float a spoon right off the table! These are just a few of the tricks you’ll learn in Abra-Kid-Abra Levitations & Animations Camp! You’ll get your own magic box of which you can perform, and new tricks to show your family each day! Plus, you’ll learn comedy skits, balloon art, magic puzzles, and lots more! Kids Comedy Camp                             Ages 6-12
Funny how much fun you can have when you’re learning to be funny! Learn comedy by doing it at Kids Comedy Camp! You’ll master the secrets of stand-up, sketch, and improv comedy. Balls-n-Strikes                                    Ages 5-13
Baseball and Softball Camps. We have teamed up with Balls-n-Strikes to offer youth baseball and softball camps! Their staff of certified instructors guide you through a camp week that will be loaded with drills, skills, and non-stop action! All facets of the game will be covered: hitting, pitching, fielding, and game strategies. Campers receive a camp t-shirt and must bring a sack lunch.

Designed for new and returning high school tennis players, boys and girls . This four-day clinic includes technical instruction, stroke analysis and development, singles and doubles strategies for match play, and fun tennis games.
