Home Improvement Loan Program
Four local banks (First Bank, Firstar, Commerce Bank and UMB
Bank), in partnership with the Missouri Housing Development
Commission (MHDC), St. Louis City, St. Louis County and the
Regional Housing and Community Development Alliance (RHCDA), are
offering a home improvement loan product to encourage homeowners
in designated areas to make repairs and improvements that will

Any household that meets the program guidelines may be eligible
for a below-market interest rate loan with low monthly payments

First priority for repairs should include correcting any
