NOTE: All commercial zoning cases heard before
Planning & Zoning are recorded on the city's "Kirkwood Zoning
Matters" system. KZM is a 24-hour telephone information line that
provides recorded information on upcoming commercial zoning cases
before P&Z. To access KZM, dial 984-5959. Real-estate sized signs
are placed in front of properties where commercial zoning issues are
pending. Each sign bears a 3-digit code assigned to that property. The
3-digit code is referenced in the recording on the phone message and
provides information as to what type of zoning issue is being
considered for that property.
