Park Projects Break Ground

Two park projects have broken ground recently.  At Greentree Park, the contractor has begun grading work and installation of boulders that will help define a creek that winds through the property.  The effort to install a pier and walk in the wetlands area of the park will wait until the threat of flooding has ended.

At Emmenegger Park the contractor has started excavation work for the replacement pavilion in the park.  Currently it does not appear that flooding will impact that operation.  If all goes according to schedule the construction of the pavilion will be completed by the end of March.
